National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is no ordinary Motorhome service facility. It's an industry-changing way to sell, service, store and wash your luxury Motor home. NIRVC opened its first facility doors in Lewisville, Texas, in 2009. Since then, an additional four facilities have opened in Atlanta, Las Vegas, Nashville, and Phoenix.
National Indoor RV Centers is experiencing major growth which has opened up an experiencedService Technicianopportunity within ourAtlanta Area (Lawrenceville) location! Our Service Technicians are experts in their field. They have a passion for their craft, have advanced diagnostic and repair skills, a deep understanding in the maintenance and repair of RV's and deliver an impeccable level of customer service to our valued customers.
Our Service Technicians earn up to a$50 flat rate and up to a $6/hourly bonus. We also offer a monetary bonus or tools/tool chest for high performers that is worth over $6,000!
Work Shift: Monday - Wednesday, alternate Sunday; 7:00am - 7:00pm
As a Service Technician you will:
  • Perform and document comprehensive diagnostic testing, repairs and maintenance of RV's including but not limited to electrical, appliance, carpentry, and plumbing systems (Water heaters, furnaces, HVA, propane systems, generators etc)
  • Install/Upgrade accessories and components
  • Coordinate with service department members for work authorizations and factory approvals; Follow manufacturer policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement for warranty repairs
  • Track materials and equipment used
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections and walk-through demonstration.
  • Present a professional image; promote and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Adhere to workplace safety guidelines; maintains a clean work area
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Advance knowledge of electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, and plumbing systems
  • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
  • This is a customer facing role which requires a professional image and delivery of exceptional customer service skills
  • Ensures adherence to workplace safety guidelines; maintains a clean workspace
  • Professional credibility, responsiveness, integrity, ethical standards, and ability to prioritize across competing demands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to communicate challenges and opportunities concisely and clearly
  • RVIA Certification (Preferred)
  • Valid driver's license
