Job description

We are looking for a reliable and nurturing live-in nanny to join a warm household and provide dedicated care for two young children.
Package: Advance Nanny
Location:
5820 NW 60th St, Parkland, FL 33067
Children:
  • 4-year-old son (speech delay support needed)
  • Newborn infant
Schedule:
This position has been updated to a rotational live-in schedule between two caregivers.
Schedule Structure:
  • Weekdays: 4:00 PM 8:30 AM (overnight coverage)
  • Weekends: Daytime or overnight coverage on a rotating basis between caregivers
This is not a continuous 7-day shift. The rotation provides approximately 23 full days off per week, depending on coverage scheduling.
Compensation:
$900 per week total (typically split between caregivers based on coverage)
Responsibilities:
  • Full daily care of both children
  • Supporting developmental milestones, especially speech development
  • Newborn care (feeding, diapering, sleep routines), including overnight support as needed
  • Engaging age-appropriate learning and play activities
  • Light housekeeping related to the children
