Registered Nurse (RN) Renal Vascular needed in Gainesville, FL.

Salary and Benefits

  • Hourly Rate- $29.00 - $43.20
  • Night Differential - $4.25
  • Weekend Differential - $3.00
  • Sign-on Bonus – $20,000

Responsibilities

  • Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation.
  • Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues.
  • Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation.
  • Act as an advocate for patient safety.
  • Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
  • Educate patients regarding their medications, procedures and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.

Requirements

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida, Multistate or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required.
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
  • 1 year of RN experience in an Acute Care environment preferred.
  • BLS, (AHA Healthcare provider) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Shift times: Days 7am – 7pm, Nights 7pm – 7am
