About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Residential Property Manager to oversee daily operations for a portfolio of residential properties in Honolulu. This role focuses on tenant relations, leasing, owner communication, maintenance coordination, inspections, and property performance.

Candidates with property management support experience who are interested in growing into a Property Manager role are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations for assigned residential properties.
  • Coordinate leasing, vacancies, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
  • Conduct property inspections and monitor property condition.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendors, and preventative maintenance.
  • Communicate with owners, tenants, vendors, accounting, and internal teams.
  • Review vendor proposals, estimates, invoices, and maintenance work.
  • Monitor tenant delinquencies and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Support marketing, unit showings, applicant screening, and leasing activities.
  • Prepare property updates, budgets, reports, and documentation.
  • Respond promptly to tenant and owner concerns and urgent property matters.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in residential property management, leasing, property administration, or a related support role.
  • Willingness to obtain required Hawaii property management/real estate licensing credentials.
  • Strong communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365/Outlook.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.
  • AppFolio or similar property management software experience preferred.

Preferred

  • Active Hawaii real estate license.
  • Residential property management or portfolio management experience.
  • Experience with AppFolio, Yardi, or Buildium.
