We are seeking a passionate and skilled Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dedicated team at Creating Life Connections Together, PLLC. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a profound impact on the mental well-being of individuals while working in a completely remote setting from your own home. You will deliver virtual therapeutic services, employing evidence-based practices to guide clients toward their personal goals and healing journey.

Work Environment

This role is 100% remote, meaning you can perform your duties comfortably from home. Ideal candidates will have a reliable internet connection and a private, quiet space from which to conduct sessions ensuring patient confidentiality. You will be equipped with advanced tools, including telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR), facilitating seamless interactions with clients and efficient workflow management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with individual adult clients using evidence-based models.
  • Work collaboratively with other psychiatric providers to develop and implement holistic treatment plans that address clientsโ€™ mental health needs.
  • Utilize standardized symptom self-assessments and progress measures to continuously gauge client improvement and adjust therapeutic interventions accordingly.
  • Engage in regular consultation and support sessions with fellow mental health professionals to foster a collaborative therapeutic environment.
  • Document all client interactions and treatment plan adjustments comprehensively in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training on evidence-based treatment frameworks known as our care pathways, to enhance therapeutic efficacy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele that includes adults facing a myriad of mental health challenges. Your expertise will help clients to navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems, empowering them to unlock their full potential and foster self-awareness. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
  • Must possess an active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and technology, specifically in using Google Suite and EHR systems, is essential for effective client management.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation at all times.
  • Empathy and strong interpersonal skills to foster meaningful client relationships.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics while working remotely.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in a telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits

Creating Life Connections Together, PLLC offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off.
