Work Environment

As a fully remote position, this role offers a flexible work setting that accommodates a range of client schedules, including evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized, family, and group therapy, employing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
  • Assess client needs and create detailed treatment plans, focusing on specific objectives related to their personal recovery goals.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to enhance community and foster shared experiences among clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and crisis interventions to ensure client safety during vulnerable moments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, reflecting ongoing client progress and interventions.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and treatment planning.
  • Implement crises intervention strategies when necessary, adeptly addressing immediate client needs and coordinating care with other professionals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing substance use disorders and mental health challenges, often in crisis situations requiring immediate and empathic intervention. Working with a diverse clientele, you will be central to facilitating healing and resilience through targeted therapeutic approaches tailored to individual backgrounds and unique experiences.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
  • Your profile should include a minimum of two yearsโ€™ experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, showcasing your adaptability and clinical expertise.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and their application in treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges between USD 100,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
