Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. We provide the tools necessary for effective telehealth therapy, ensuring you maintain patient confidentiality. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly, evidence-based therapy sessions via live video conferencing, addressing the unique needs of individual adult clients.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Utilize digital tools to monitor patient progress, including automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics, making adjustments as necessary to treatment plans.
• Engage in regular team support and consultation meetings to ensure high-quality care and professional development.
• Create a safe, trusting environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their challenges and goals.
• Document all patient interactions in electronic health records (EHRs) while adhering to best practices for confidentiality and privacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with our organization, you will primarily work with adults seeking support for various mental health challenges. Your role will involve helping clients develop self-awareness, improve coping strategies, and achieve their personal goals through therapy. Your empathetic and warm approach will be instrumental in establishing a supportive therapeutic relationship that fosters positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.
• Current state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD is required.
• Proven ability and experience in providing telehealth therapy, particularly with adolescents and young adults.
• Strong proficiency in navigating technology, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs), to facilitate effective remote therapy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside a professional and neat presentation in all interactions.
• A commitment to engaging authentically with clients, demonstrating warmth and empathy to foster trust.
• Ability to work independently from home, with a reliable internet connection and a private space to maintain patient confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.
• Previous training or experience in specific evidence-based treatment frameworks, which we refer to as our care pathways, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
