• Establish rapport with patients through effective communication and empathic listening, fostering trust and a safe therapeutic environment.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose, evaluate, and treat various mental health disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
• Engage in regular therapeutic sessions utilizing various evidence-based therapy techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
• Monitor patient progress through ongoing assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and refer clients to specialists when appropriate.

Your role will encompass a diverse clientele ranging from individuals seeking support for personal growth to couples navigating relationship challenges. Additionally, you will work with families dealing with complex dynamics and therapeutic needs. • A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of mental health assessment and treatment methodologies.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders is a plus.
• Demonstrated proficiency in remote therapy modalities and technology integration in therapeutic processes.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, your benefits package includes:
