• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, employing effective de-escalation techniques and resources to support clients in distress.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. • Possession of an active and valid license in New York State as a LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload and client schedules efficiently.
• No history of disciplinary action or violations with licensing boards.

• Previous experience providing mental health therapy in remote environments or teletherapy settings.
• Experience in working with a variety of therapeutic modalities, particularly those most relevant to adult clientele.
