Position Summary
Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the US, is seeking a hands-on Enrich Systems Administrator to serve as the primary functional administrator and support lead for the Enrich fleet maintenance platform. This role owns Enrich configuration, operational support, data quality, interfaces, testing, documentation, and user enablement. The position also provides secondary support for secondary Fleet Maintenance Systems as business needs require.
Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary Range: $95,000-110,000 depending on experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibility: Enrich Administration and Support
• Platform ownership: Serve as the day-to-day functional administrator, subject-matter resource, and escalation point for Enrich, partnering with business users, vendors, and Amerit IT.
• Configuration and access: Maintain user accounts, roles, permissions, shops, customers, vendors, units, labor and parts settings, codes, and other approved configuration in accordance with governance standards.
• Operational support: Troubleshoot repair order, preventive maintenance, parts inventory, purchasing, vendor, billing, tax, and reporting issues; document root cause and corrective action.
• Data stewardship: Maintain the quality and consistency of unit, customer, vendor, parts, inventory, labor, maintenance, and financial data; reconcile exceptions and correct approved data issues.
• Interfaces and controls: Monitor Enrich interfaces, scheduled processes, imports, exports, and reconciliations; address failed transactions and coordinate resolution across application and data layers.
• Testing and releases: Translate business needs into Enrich requirements and test scenarios; coordinate regression and user acceptance testing, validate releases, and support production stabilization.
• Training and improvement: Maintain procedures, job aids, knowledge articles, and role-based training; identify opportunities to standardize workflows and improve the user experience.
Responsibilities Across All Platforms
• Application support: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Fleet Maintenance Systems incidents and service requests when needed; communicate status and escalate defects with complete diagnostic information.
• Configuration and workflows: Assist with customer, shop, unit, preventive maintenance, inventory, pricing, meter, repair order, vended repair, and mobile/technician workflows.
• Testing and data quality: Support approved enhancements, release testing, exception reporting, uploads, interfaces, and data reconciliation across connected Fleet Systems.
• Monitor application health and support queues, identify recurring issues, and take preventive action with Enrich as the primary operational priority.
• Follow incident, problem, change, release, access, and documentation standards; maintain an audit-ready record of approvals and configuration changes.
• Partner with Operations, Fleet Maintenance, Parts, Finance, Accounting, Customer Success, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve end-to-end processes.
• Create clear status reports, requirements, process maps, test evidence, documentation, and support metrics for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Support critical releases or incidents outside standard hours when required and follow Amerit security, least-privilege, privacy, and data-retention policies.
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience administering or supporting enterprise fleet maintenance, transportation, asset management, ERP, or field-service applications in a multi-site environment, including hands-on Enrich experience.
• Demonstrated experience with application configuration, user administration, incident troubleshooting, data validation, testing, documentation, and end-user training.
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance processes such as repair orders, preventive maintenance, parts and inventory, purchasing, vendors, labor, warranty, billing, and vehicle/unit master data.
• Ability to investigate issues across business process, application, integration, and data layers and communicate findings in plain language.
• Intermediate reporting and data-analysis skills using SQL, Excel, SSRS or comparable tools; ability to audit and reconcile data for completeness and accuracy.
• Strong organization, customer service, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain ownership through resolution.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Fleet Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced Enrich administration experience spanning repair orders, preventive maintenance, parts and inventory, purchasing, billing, reporting, configuration, and security roles.
• Experience with Trimble TMT/TMW Fleet Maintenance and a custom web or mobile operations platform such as Amerit Hub.
• Experience with system integration, data conversion, cutover, enterprise application rollout, and ITIL-aligned service management.
• Experience with PeopleSoft or another ERP, Power BI/Domo or comparable analytics tools, and Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira, or a similar ticketing platform.
Work Environment and Expectations
• This role routinely uses standard office and computer equipment and may require occasional travel for discovery, training, implementation, or operational support.
• Schedule flexibility may be needed for deployments, month-end activities, critical incidents, or support across time zones.
