• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients, utilizing diagnostic tools to establish tailored therapeutic strategies.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy to individuals, families, and groups.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and needs, ensuring ongoing adjustments as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment and continuity of care for all clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.
• Participate in regular training sessions and workshops for professional development, staying updated with the latest research and best practices in mental health.

This position primarily serves individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is necessary for this role.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport with a diverse client base.
