• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop and implement personalized therapy plans for clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care, sharing insights and best practices to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while upholding ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Participate in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and training to stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health research.

Our primary focus is on underserved communities, providing critical mental health support to individuals and families with limited access to care. You will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance misuse problems. Understanding and sensitivity to cultural diversity and individual backgrounds are crucial as you engage with your clients.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical environment.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, establishing rapport with a wide array of clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies.

• Experience in family therapy, couples therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Specialization in substance misuse counseling is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience in a telehealth or remote counseling setting.

• Your annual salary will range between USD 120,000 and USD 140,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
• A generous sign-on bonus of USD 3,000 is available to new Licensed Professional Counselors.
