Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

  • Prepare guests for medical or wellness consultations including obtaining vital signs and medical histories.

  • Perform basic clinical tasks such as:

    • Blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation

    • Height, weight, and BMI measurements.

  • Assist licensed providers with wellness procedures, screenings, and diagnostic testing.
  • Collect and prepare specimens (blood, urine, or other samples) when certified and delegated.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.

  • Ensure clinical areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA privacy regulations.
  • Provide exceptional guest service consistent with Canyon Ranch wellness standards.


Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • Completion of a medical Assistant, Clinical Technician, or similar allied health training program.
  • Minimum 1 year clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
