I began my career with State Farm in a position just like this one, and then opened my own agency. I am very active in the daily operations of my agency and always dishing out high fives for our team's success. I love seeing each member of my team succeed and then how we all succeed as a team. For the first time in my life, this agency has given me an opportunity to enjoy coming to work. We participate in community events and may local organizations. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • We train in office!
  • I expect drive and performance on a daily basis
  • Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to anticipate customer needs & to effectively relate to a customer
License Requirement
All team members must be licensed in:
  • Property
  • Casualty
  • Life
  • Health
OR be able to obtain the required licensing. Must have or obtain P&C within two weeks of hire, and then L&H 2 weeks after that.
