We are seeking a polished, service-driven Property Manager to lead the lease-up and daily operations of a newly built luxury 55+ townhome community. What Youโll Do
- Lead all leasing and occupancy efforts during the communityโs lease-up phase
- Deliver personalized tours and a high-touch customer experience for prospective residents
- Execute creative marketing and outreach strategies targeting the active adult 55+ market
- Build strong relationships with local referral partners, community organizations, and area businesses
- Oversee daily property operations, vendor relationships, and onsite team performance
- Foster a warm, engaging, hospitality-focused community culture
- Plan and coordinate resident events and lifestyle programming
- Manage rent collection, reporting, budgeting, and operational performance
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company standards
What Weโre Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in property management, leasing, hospitality, or related fields
- Proven success driving leasing performance and occupancy growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Professional, polished, and customer-focused approach
- Experience with lease-ups, luxury communities, or 55+ housing preferred
- Knowledge of property management software and Fair Housing practices

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $65,000โ$75,000, in compliance with New York State pay transparency requirements. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
