We are seeking a polished, service-driven Property Manager to lead the lease-up and daily operations of a newly built luxury 55+ townhome community. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality-minded leader who thrives on building community, driving leasing success, and delivering an exceptional resident experience from day one.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Lead all leasing and occupancy efforts during the communityโ€™s lease-up phase
  • Deliver personalized tours and a high-touch customer experience for prospective residents
  • Execute creative marketing and outreach strategies targeting the active adult 55+ market
  • Build strong relationships with local referral partners, community organizations, and area businesses
  • Oversee daily property operations, vendor relationships, and onsite team performance
  • Foster a warm, engaging, hospitality-focused community culture
  • Plan and coordinate resident events and lifestyle programming
  • Manage rent collection, reporting, budgeting, and operational performance

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $65,000โ€“$75,000, in compliance with New York State pay transparency requirements. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
