What You'll Do: 
  • Provide comprehensive behavioral health services to support residents' full potential during their stay at the nursing facility.  
  • Coordinate care delivery and conduct reviews of services to determine the appropriate level of care by utilizing standardized testing measures, as well as safe, clinically appropriate care. 
  • Provide pre-admission and concurrent reviews for behavioral health levels of care, and coordinate daily administrative and clinical operations. 
What You'll Need: 
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in the state of IN or KY
  • Current or active CPR Certification 
  • 2-4 years of experience in mental health and/or long-term care
