Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Position Summary:
We are seeking caring and reliable Personal Care Assistants to provide in-home support to our clients. This role includes personal care, light household tasks, and companionship to help clients maintain independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Support safe mobility and ambulation
  • Assist with range-of-motion exercises
  • Take and record vital signs (such as temperature)
  • Maintain a safe and clean living environment
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry
  • Provide companionship (conversation, reading, letter writing)
