Hourly pay rate: $25.00 to $40.00

On-site: 266 S Hobble Creek Canyon Rd, Springville UT, 84663

Part-time on weekends: 12 hours

  • Every other weekend:
    • Saturday and Sunday: 4:00pm - 9:00pm

Looking to make a difference and be part of an amazing and growing team in an amazingly beautiful setting? Join us at Embark's short term adolescent residential treatment center in Springville, Utah, located in the beautiful Wasatch Mountain Range only a half hour from the Salt Lake Valley. 

Students live in a family style residence where community and interpersonal relationships are encouraged. Our staff offer guidance and support to adolescents and their families that include multi-modal family system approaches to amplify and solidify change.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care & Assessments: Provide comprehensive medical care, respond to health concerns, and determine appropriate treatment.
  • Medication & Narcotics Management: Accurately administer medications, track narcotics, and ensure compliance with prescribed schedules.
  • Medical Coordination: Accompany students to medical appointments, facilitate lab draws, and communicate findings to parents and the care team.
  • Health Monitoring: Regularly check and record vital signs, observe mood and behavior, and document all relevant medical information.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Active RN/LPN License 
  • Strong clinical skills (assessments, medication management, vitals monitoring).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide empathetic care.
  • Experience with adolescents (preferred but not required).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
