A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOTEL FRONT DESK CLERK
As a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, you are the face of hospitality! Friendly and outgoing, you make reservations and ensure that our guests receive the best service possible during registration, check-out, and during their stay. You enthusiastically register guests and assign rooms, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
You keep the front desk area clean and presentable for our guests. You also help keep the elevator, lobby, and bell cart sanitized. Always meticulous, you make sure that all billing is accurate. You handle cash, credit cards, and checks responsibly according to our policies and procedures. As needed, you provide positive resolutions to guest concerns. You leave each evening proud of the part you played in helping our guests create memorable experiences!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HOTEL FRONT DESK CLERK
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

Having computer skills would be a plus. No experience is required! Can you provide hospitality with a smile? Are you attentive to detail? Do you have superb communication skills? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position!
WORK SCHEDULE
