Responsibilities include engaging with the family's energetic 6-year-old, assisting with dinner and cleanup, and supporting the overall flow of the household while one parent focuses on the infant's bedtime routine.

The ideal candidate understands the importance of maintaining a calm, patient, and supportive presence during high-energy transitions and thrives in a collaborative, family-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Childcare:

  • Engage and play with the 6-year-old child during evening hours
  • Provide support during dinner and bedtime routines
  • Assist one parent by caring for the older child while the other manages the infant's bedtime
  • Create a calm, positive, and structured environment during busy transitions

Household Support:

  • Assist with dinner cleanup and kitchen tidying
  • General household reset after dinner (light cleaning, organizing common areas)
  • Tidy up toys and children's areas after bedtime (typically around 8:00 PM)
