Our Naples outpatient office is designed to be an inviting and structured space where both patients and staff feel comfortable and focused on recovery. The physical work environment is thoroughly maintained with state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and resources conducive to facilitating diverse therapy practices. Operating hours are from Monday to Friday, offering flexibility with schedules such as 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or four 10-hour shifts for optimal work-life balance.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities including range of motion, strength, and mobility metrics.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each patient's specific diagnoses and recovery goals.
• Administer and guide therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education during sessions.
• Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and document clinical outcomes to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated approach to patient recovery.
• Provide patient education on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and home exercise programs to empower patients beyond clinic visits.
• Participate in continual professional development and training programs to remain current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy.

The patient population at Live To Move Rehab Center primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. Therapists are equipped to help patients of all ages and backgrounds, leveraging innovative therapies tailored to diverse needs. We emphasize a holistic approach, integrating physical rehabilitation with lifestyle changes to promote long-term wellness outcomes.

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Florida state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or eligibility for state licensure.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills with a patient-focused mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload while maintaining high standards of care.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Experience with specific patient populations, such as athletes or older adults, is a plus.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapy protocols and documentation practices.
