Full-Time Live-in Nanny

Location: Whitefish, MT (Summer) | Florida (Fall/Winter) | Houston, TX (Primary Residence)
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: This is a full-time, live-in position averaging 4050 hours per week. While the schedule is generally predictable, flexibility is essential. The family occasionally requires evening, weekend, holiday, and travel support depending on their schedule.

Compensation: $1,500/week, PTO, private bedroom and bathroom provided in each residence, Travel expenses covered while accompanying the family.

About the Family: A warm, on-the-go family is seeking an experienced, live-in nanny to become a valued, long-term member of their household. The primary responsibility will be providing exceptional care for their sweet 2-year-old granddaughter, while also offering thoughtful household support to help keep the home running smoothly. The family's primary residence is in Houston, Texas, with additional homes in Florida, and Montana. They spend summers in Montana through September before transitioning to Florida & Houston for the fall and winter. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys travel and thrives in a dynamic, family-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive, nurturing care for a delightful 2-year-old child.
  • Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning and development.
  • Take child to parks, classes, outings, and other enriching activities.
  • Maintain consistent routines for meals, naps, play, and bedtime.
  • Foster a loving, positive, and stimulating environment that encourages growth and independence.
  • Children's laundry and general household laundry.
  • Grocery shopping and household errands.
  • Maintain household inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Organize closets, playrooms, and household spaces.
  • Assist with household organization projects.
