Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Part-Time, Evenings

Marshfield, MO | $18.65 / hour | On Demand Pay

As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll support individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, and complex needs in a home and community setting. You’ll help people live more independently, try new things, and stay connected to their community.

This is hands-on work that includes helping with personal care and daily living tasks, while also encouraging growth, independence, and dignity.

  • Build meaningful, respectful relationships with the individuals you support
  • Assist with daily living skills like hygiene, meals, and routines
  • Support goals such as budgeting, communication, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage participation in community activities and daily engagement
  • Provide calm, consistent support for individuals with behavioral needs
  • Help maintain a safe, positive, and respectful home environment
  • Work closely with your team to support each person’s goals

What You'll Need: 

  • High school diploma or GED, or 5 years of documented caregiving experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license (held for at least one year)
  •  Access to a registered, insured vehicle
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach to caregiving

Experience in caregiving, healthcare, CNA work, behavioral health, or human services is helpful but not required. We provide training and support so you can succeed.
