Positions / Shifts Available: Live-In
Live-In Caregivers have private sleeping quarters, work approximately 10 hours per day every day of the week at the same client's home.  You will reside in the home with the client 7 days per week, providing customized care to ensure they remain safe and happy.  You would be the exclusive caregiver for the family, meals and breaks are included.
Pay Rate: Starting at $194.00 per day
Location: Oakville, MO and surrounding St. Louis areas
Job Description
HomeWell is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home live-in care for seniors in the St. Louis area. Caregivers assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), companionship, mobility support, and light household tasks to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Responsibilities
  • Assistance with ADLs including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Medication reminders
  • Meal preparation
  • Assist with mobility, including lifting and transferring individuals
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks
Caregiver Qualifications:
  • 2+ year caregiving or home care experience preferred
  • Experience assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Experience with bedbound care, dementia care, and hospice care preferred
  • Ability to assist with transfers, mobility support, and gait belt use
  • Experience with manual patient handling and repositioning
  • Ability to provide companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, reliable, and patient when working with seniors and clients with cognitive or developmental conditions
Requirements:
  • Valid, active Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation and auto insurance
Location Requirement:
Ability to commute or relocate within the St. Louis area (Oakville) before starting work.
