Job description

Indiana University Health Medical Group East Region is actively recruiting Interventional Cardiologists to join our highly skilled team of physicians and advanced practice providers in suburban Fort Wayne, Indiana. This important and foundational position is part of IU Health's strategic growth plan. Partner with a robust primary care referral base; in a catchment area over 1,000,000, to build your successful practice. Enjoy a collaborative outpatient practice with APP support, and full hospital/inpatient operations starting in 2027. 

Position Details:

  • Full-time employment 
  • A mix of inpatient and outpatient
  • Flexibility as we build and shape this new facility 
  • Practice locations; 10101 Ernst Road, Roanoke, Indiana and 4105 Dicke Rd, Fort Wayne, Indiana
  • Participate in the recruitment, selection and onboarding of colleagues in a variety of Cardiology specialties; Non-Invasive/General, Interventional and Electrophysiology
  • Opportunities to participate in education, leadership, research, collaboration, and IUHealth Cardiovascular Institute

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be Board Certified/Board Eligible
  • Fellowship training required in Interventional Cardiology
  • Open to both new graduates and practicing physicians
  • Ability to acquire Indiana license
