Position Overview

We are currently accepting applications to support our production needs for the summer of 2025 at our Bluffton, IN facility.

This is a temporary position that will last approximately 3 months.


Main Responsibilities

Production associates may perform a wide variety of tasks to assemble, modify, and/or rework electric motors and applicable components. This may include working to specific written instructions, wiring diagrams, and production routing assignments. Associates may work with a variety of hand assembly tasks and tools such as soldering, painting, and wire assembly. Associates may also operate various types of equipment including, but not limited to, automated winding equipment, die cast, punch press, and CNC equipment.

Requirements


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Manual dexterity and eye/hand/finger coordination required for various operations.
  • Visual acuity or correctable vision, color vision required in certain assignments.
  • Lifting up to 60 lbs may be required depending upon the role.
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to bend, twist, rotate as required to meet job duties.
  • Prior Manufacturing Experience and/or machine/CNC operator experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of electric motors beneficial, but not required.
