Remote Client Account Representative (Entry Level)

100% Remote | Full-Time | United States & Canada | Sales | Training Provided

Applicants must have a permanent home address in one of the following areas:
United States: Virginia, Illinois, California, or Washington
Canada: Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, British Columbia

What Is This Job?

We're looking for people who enjoy talking with others and are interested in starting or growing a career in sales.

As a Remote Client Account Representative, you'll speak with people who have already asked for information about available benefits. You'll talk with them, find out what they need, explain their options, and help them with the next steps.

You won't be expected to find your own customers or make random cold calls. Client opportunities are provided.

What Will You Do?

Your main job is to work with clients and help move them through the sales process.

You will:

  • Meet with clients through scheduled phone or video appointments
  • Ask questions to understand what the client needs
  • Explain available benefit options
  • Answer questions and provide clear information
  • Follow up with clients when needed
  • Help qualified clients complete the enrollment process
  • Keep client information and appointment details organized
  • Attend online training and team meetings
