This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being in the shop, running and maintaining 3D printers, and keeping projects moving smoothly. You’ll take ownership of setup, calibration, scheduling, material handling, and order fulfillment. Job Summary and Job Functions

  • Oversee daily operations of the additive manufacturing division
  • Set up, calibrate, and maintain 3D printers to ensure optimal performance
  • Manage print schedules, prioritize orders, and coordinate workflow to meet deadlines
  • Communicate job status with the fabrication team and deliver parts to assembly in an organized manner
  • Handle materials, including preparation, storage, and proper usage
  • Ensure quality control of printed parts, maintaining consistency and accuracy
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and perform preventative maintenance
  • Maintain an organized and safe fabrication workspace
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members working within the division
  • Collaborate cross-functionally when opportunities arise in design and engineering

Requirements:

Physical Demands and Work Environment
