We are currently seeking an Additive Manufacturing Engineer for our client in the Sealing Solutions domain. Salary: $90,000-$100,000/Annually

Role: Additive Manufacturing Engineer

Primary Skills: Engineering

Role Description: The Additive Manufacturing Engineer must have 3+ years of experience. For this role, you must be a skilled Additive Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize metal 3D printing processes for aerospace components. This role will partner with the design, quality, and production teams to deliver parts that meet aerospace standards, performance requirements, and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and validate AM processes (DMLS, SLM, EBM).

- Optimize designs for additive manufacturing (DfAM).

- Operate/maintain metal AM equipment and post-processing systems.

- Create build strategies, simulations, and parameter sets.

- Conduct material testing, process validation, and troubleshooting.

- Prepare process documentation, work instructions, and quality plans.

- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100, Nadcap).

- Support R&D, certification, and qualification of flight-critical hardware.

Qualifications:

- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Mechanical/Materials/Manufacturing Engineering or related.

- 3+ years in additive manufacturing (aerospace/regulated environment).

- Hands-on with metal AM systems (EOS, SLM, GE Additive, etc.).

- CAD & build software (SolidWorks, Magics, Netfabb).

- Knowledge of aerospace material standards and testing.

Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
