Position Title:
Live-In Caregiver 
Location: Multiple locations across Fairfield County 
Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Per Diem
Pay Range: Commensurate with experience
Reports To: Care Manager 
Position Summary 
The Live-In Caregiver provides continuous care and companionship to clients in their homes, assisting with personal and household tasks while ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment. 

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Deliver daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. 
  • Provide meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. 
  • Engage clients in social and recreational activities. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized living environment. 
  • Monitor client health, safety, and emotional well-being. 
  • Comply with all HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
