GENERAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Work the hand stack stations at Tetra lines.
  • Hand stack as needed including providing break and lunch relief.
  • Move, stack, or place product onto the pallet in accordance with the pallet build pattern.
  • Pack product in boxes by hand.
  • Must be able to lift, carry and transfer up to 40 pounds on a consistent basis.
  • Sort, bundle, and fill containers or place in assembled units.
  • Mark or put identifying labels on product loads.
  • Construct or de-construct shipping boxes.
  • Maintain general housekeeping of the assigned area.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and legibly.
  • Report quality and operational issues or irregularities to supervisor or foremen as they occur.
  • Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations, regarding health and safety issues.
  • Follow all DFA/Stremicks good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
  • Perform any other duties as designated by supervisor and/or management.
