What jobs pay $700 a day?

In the context of live-in estate work, high-paying roles such as estate managers, personal assistants, or specialized caretakers can earn around $700 per day, especially with experience and relevant skills. These positions often require extensive knowledge of property management, security, or household operations and may involve long hours or 24/7 availability.

What are live-in estate managers?

Live-in estate managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of large residential properties while residing on-site. Their duties typically include supervising household staff, managing vendors and contractors, ensuring security, coordinating events, and maintaining the property’s upkeep. By living on the premises, they are available to address issues promptly and provide personalized service to homeowners. Estate managers often have experience in hospitality, property management, or related fields, and are trusted with managing both the physical aspects of the estate and the privacy of its residents.

What are some unique challenges faced by Live-In Estate Managers, and how can candidates prepare for them?

Live-In Estate Managers often face the challenge of balancing personal time with the demands of a 24/7 role, as they are frequently on call to address issues that arise on the property. These roles require adaptability, discretion, and strong problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations, such as maintenance emergencies or special events. Candidates can prepare by developing strong organizational routines, setting clear boundaries with employers where possible, and building a reliable network of service providers for swift response to estate needs. Additionally, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality is crucial, as these positions often involve working closely with high-profile individuals or families.

About Company

Us, in a nutshell: We are Licensed Real Estate agents, real estate investors, and entrepreneurs. In addition to helping folks buy and sell homes, we purchase and renovate property that future residents and owners are proud to live in. We do this by transforming distressed properties that are a burden for sellers (and an eyesore for neighbors) into nice places that people want to call home. We have been in the real estate business for over 15 years, and when we do our job well, residents, sellers, buyers, and business partners love us to death.
