What You’ll Do
  • Provide personal care and daily living assistance
  • Follow individualized care plans and report changes in condition
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients through compassionate support
  • Travel to and reside in client homes during assignments
Schedule
  • Live-in assignments require residing in the client’s home for the duration of the shift
  • Assignments typically range from 2 days to 1 week
  • Start time: 11:00 AM on the first day of assignment
  • Caregivers remain in the home throughout the assignment providing continuous support
Requirements
  • Live-in or overnight caregiving experience preferred
  • Dependable, professional, and compassionate
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Current auto insurance
  • Ability to pass a Minnesota background study
