Overview

Prepares and maintains documentation relating to customer casino credit, check cashing processing and maintenance of such accounts.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

  • Verifies and posts confidential credit information and identification credentials into the patron's credit line.
  • Processes casino credit applications and maintains customer files.
  • Makes direct contact, either by phone or face to face with customers when taking credit applications.
  • Makes direct contact with banks and consumer credit reporting agencies and casino credit reporting agencies.
  • Makes direct contact with other casinos to obtain and document patron casino credit information.
  • Inputs and authorizes new check cashing customers to computer system.
  • Audits mail-in markers payments, return check logs, and return marker logs.
  • Suspends customers with return check. Reviews and processes win/loss statements.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Skills to Help You Succeed:

  • Must be computer literate and detail oriented.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • High School diploma or GED required as well as one year of general office work experience.
  • You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such an environment.
  • Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by any applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live's operating standards.
