You will serve as a primary coordinator for CARF accreditation activities, working across departments to support standards conformance, survey readiness, and ongoing accreditation. This includes tracking standards, facilitating record reviews, coordinating development of quality improvement plans, and supporting performance measurement while promoting continuous improvement and person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally competent practices.
