Job description

Preferred Qualifications
This is a Overnight position.
Experience working in residential treatment, group homes, or behavioral health settings.  Crisis Intervention training (CPI, NCI, or equivalent).  Trauma-Informed Care experience.  Strong documentation and communication skills.
**CPR Certification (Adult & Youth) - Preferred**
Required Qualifications (NC & CARF Compliant)
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 21 years of age
Valid North Carolina Driver's License
Ability to pass NC SBI Criminal Background Check
Sex Offender Registry Check (State & National)
Drug Screen and TB Screening
Ability to meet all NC DHHS 1700 training requirements
Ability to maintain alertness, supervision, and documentation standards.
Regulatory Compliance
These qualification align with North Carolina DHHS 10A NCAC 27G.1700 requirements and CARF accreditation standards for residential  treatment facilities.
