Position Overview
Cherry Hills Christian School is seeking a Christ-centered, passionate, and collaborative Middle School Teacher who will joyfully partner in our commitment to prepare students to live fully for God. The ideal candidate will embody the heart of a disciple-maker, pursue academic excellence, and cultivate meaningful relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a Christ-centered, nurturing classroom environment that fosters spiritual growth, academic curiosity, and student engagement
  • Design and deliver differentiated, developmentally appropriate lessons that align with CHCS's academic standards and biblical worldview integration
  • Assess and monitor student progress, using data to inform instruction and support individual learning needs
  • Maintain consistent and meaningful communication with parents, partnering with them in both the academic and spiritual development of their children
  • Collaborate regularly with teammates and school leadership to support a unified, mission-aligned learning community
  • Participate fully in school events, professional development, and discipleship opportunities
  • Uphold high standards of classroom management that reflect grace, consistency, and biblical principles
  • Model the ideal team player traits-humble, hungry, people smart, positive and loyal -in all professional interactions
  • Contribute to the spiritual life of the school by participating in chapel, prayer, and mentoring students as disciples of Jesus
