About the Role

At Parker Auto Detailing, our motto is "Where Showroom Shine Meets Street Ready." We deliver premium, mobile auto detailing services across Parker, CO, focusing on quality, convenience, and building strong client relationships.

We are expanding and looking for a reliable, hardworking Experienced Auto Detailer to join our team. We provide state-of-the-art professional equipment so you can put your best skills to work and leave every customer thrilled. If you love cars, take pride in spotless results, and know how to recommend additional services, this role offers incredible earning potential!

Key Responsibilities

  • Precision Detailing: Perform high-end interior and exterior detailing, including hand washing, protecting vehicle exteriors, vacuuming, shampooing, and deep-cleaning interiors.
  • Drive Revenue: Recommend and upsell additional services to customers when appropriate to maximize your weekly earnings.
  • Workplace & Gear Care: Keep all work areas, professional gear, and mobile setups clean, safe, and organized.

Requirements

  • Previous detailing experience is required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle with good storage space to transport provided detailing equipment.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and possesses a strong attention to detail.

Compensation, Schedule & Perks

  • Base Pay: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour (based on experience).
  • Commission Structure: Earn additional commission on all upsells! Commission percentage is scaled based on your detailing experience and knowledge.
  • Tips: Keep 100% of your client tips.
  • Flexible Hours: 20 to 40+ hours per week available (more available if you want it!).
  • Tools Provided: All professional-grade detailing equipment and supplies are provided for you.
