Monarch Investment is actively interviewing qualified maintenance candidates for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Arbors at Eastland in Bloomington, IL.

- $18.00 to $21.00 hour- Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses

Essential Job Duties:
  • Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
  • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
  • Maintaining property grounds
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
  • Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.
This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check, a drug screening and Valid Drivers license required.
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
