Job description

Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician
Salary:
$18 per hour

Responsibilities:
Prepare apartments for new tenants by conducting turnover maintenance tasks.
Replace damaged electrical outlets and fixtures as needed.
Address minor electrical issues such as wiring repairs and switch replacements.
Perform painting tasks to refresh apartment interiors.
Conduct general cleanup and maintenance to ensure apartments are in good condition.
Handle basic plumbing repairs and maintenance, such as fixing leaks and unclogging drains.
Complete work orders promptly and efficiently.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
