  • Support SOX compliance, internal audits, external audits, and quarterly review procedures by preparing high-quality documentation, control evidence, and audit support.

  • Partner with Commercial and Market Access to gather and maintain GTN assumptions related to payer mix, channel mix, pricing, contracting, patient affordability programs, government programs, and market dynamics.

  • Partner with Analytics & Insights to incorporate relevant demand, patient, payer, and market data into GTN forecasts and forecast-to-actual analyses.

  • Drive the use of approved AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline and automate revenue accounting, gross-to-net forecasting, account reconciliations, reporting, documentation, and month-end close activities while ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

  • 6+ years of progressive accounting, finance, or related experience, including experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.

  • Experience with GTN accruals and reserves, including rebates, chargebacks, discounts, returns, copay, patient assistance, distributor fees, government program items.
