*Pediatric Endocrinologist - top 15 nationally ranked program

The nationally ranked Riley Hospital for Children is seeking a patient-focused Pediatric Endocrinologistto join our multidisciplinaryPediatric Endocrinologydivision, a leader in the state for diabetes management and endocrine care. Our diabetes and endocrinology program is consistently ranked int the top 15 nationallyby U.S. News & World Report.

  • Responsibilities will consist of evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of children and adolescentsat Riley Hospital, Methodist Hospital, IU North in Carmel, and potential outreach locations
  • Strong work/life balance supported by sharing of in-patient call equally among all physicians, with call expectations of approximately 4 weeks per year
  • Close collaboration with medical treatment teams including physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, certified diabetes care and education specialists
  • Faculty appointment with the IU School of Medicine with abundant clinical supervision and research opportunities
  • Comprehensive benefits package provided by IU Health Physicians and IU School of Medicine

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate will have pediatric endocrine or diabetes experience
  • Successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be open to new ideas and opportunities and focus on the Indiana University Health values (purpose, compassion, excellence, team)
  • Fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology & Diabetology required
  • Eligible for licensure in the state of Indiana
