Position Summary

Loud And Live is seeking a highly organized, creative, and hands‑on Field Production Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of experiential marketing campaigns, mobile tours, pop‑ups, immersive activations, corporate events, and branded experiences.

Reporting to the Director of Production Services, this role is responsible for assisting with day‑to‑day production management across agency and brand activation projects including logistics coordination, vendor management, field operations, installation support, staffing coordination, and on‑site execution.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced agency environments, enjoys live event execution, and understands how to bring experiential concepts to life through strong organization, communication, and operational follow‑through. This role requires someone equally comfortable working behind the scenes on production planning and actively supporting installations and live activations in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Activation Production Support

  • Support the planning and execution of experiential marketing campaigns, pop‑ups, mobile tours, festivals, corporate activations, and immersive brand experiences
  • Assist with translating creative concepts and activation plans into executable production and logistical workflows
  • Coordinate activation timelines, production schedules, setup requirements, staffing plans, and operational checklists
  • Support activation builds, installations, live operations, and strike activities across multiple event environments
  • Assist with maintaining production quality and ensuring activations align with client and brand expectations

Logistics & Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate event logistics including transportation, warehouse pulls, inventory staging, equipment deliveries, and production schedules
  • Assist with load‑in/load‑out operations, site setup coordination, and operational readiness for activations
  • Work closely with warehouse, fabrication, production, and operations teams to ensure assets and materials are properly prepared and deployed
  • Support scheduling and coordination of vendors, freelancers, technical crews, staffing agencies, and operational labor
  • Maintain organized production documents, timelines, inventory lists, and operational records
  • Serve as a support contact for vendors, venue partners, staffing teams, and operational partners throughout project execution
  • Participate in production meetings, site walks, client calls, and operational planning sessions
  • Assist with gathering vendor quotes, rental coordination, production estimates, and operational sourcing needs
  • Communicate production updates and logistical details clearly with internal teams and external partners

On‑Site Event Execution

  • Support on‑site production management during activations, tours, and live events
  • Assist with setup supervision, production troubleshooting, staffing coordination, and event‑day operational support
  • Monitor activation flow and help resolve logistical or operational issues in real time
  • Ensure event spaces, branded environments, and operational areas remain organized and presentation‑ready throughout activations
  • Support overnight builds, early load‑ins, and late‑night breakdowns as required

Budgeting & Administrative Support

  • Assist with tracking production expenses, vendor invoices, labor hours, and operational costs
  • Support event budget management and post‑event reconciliation processes
  • Help identify operational efficiencies and cost‑saving opportunities during project planning and execution
  • Maintain accurate production records and operational documentation

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, brand activations, agency production, or live event operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Experience supporting live events, pop‑ups, mobile tours, or experiential campaigns preferred
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced and deadline‑driven environments
  • Comfortable managing field operations and hands‑on event execution
  • Experience coordinating vendors, staffing, logistics, or event operations preferred
  • Positive attitude with a proactive and team‑oriented mindset
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended event hours as required

Preferred Experience

  • Agency or experiential marketing experience preferred
  • Familiarity with production schedules, fabrication coordination, and live event logistics preferred

Travel Requirements

  • Estimated travel requirement: 25%–50% depending on activation schedules and event needs

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, and actively work on‑site for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move production materials, inventory, and event equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in warehouses, outdoor event environments, fabrication shops, and active production sites
  • Ability to work overnight builds, extended hours, and physically demanding event schedules
