Job description

THE OPPORTUNITY

Swish Breaks, headquartered in NYC, is one of the fastest-growing live shopping companies in sports, trading cards, and collectibles. Weโ€™re building a multi-platform commerce and entertainment ecosystem with a loyal community across Whatnot, Fanatics Live, TikTok, and digital experiences. Our team moves fast, obsesses over the product, and is redefining the shopping experience for customers all over the globe. If you want to help change the game this is the place.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Live Broadcast Producer owns how Swish shows up live. This role builds and operates the technical backbone behind Swishโ€™s live streams across daily rooms, marquee moments, and onsite activations. Youโ€™ll turn scrappy setups into a polished, repeatable system by upgrading rooms, standardizing workflows, and launching a flagship broadcast that defines the Swish look. This isnโ€™t legacy broadcastโ€”itโ€™s modern live media across OBS, lighting, cameras, graphics, and platform-native tools from YouTube and Twitch extended to Whatnot, Fanatics Live and TikTok Live Shopping. This role is for a hands-on production and technical owner who moves fast, learns new tech quickly, and obsesses over quality, reliability, and streamer experience, working closely with streamers, ops, content, and leadership to make every stream feel premium.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

  • Run live production day to day: OBS scenes, multi-cam, audio routing, lighting, and graphics across daily rooms and big moments

  • Troubleshoot live, diagnosing and fixing dropped frames, audio issues, encoding problems, and platform hiccups in real time, calmly

  • Build repeatable setups, turning one-off rigs into plug-and-play systems that scale to new rooms and off-site activations

  • Keep the look premium, setting quality standards and making non-technical streamers feel confident on camera

  • Own the handoff, capturing clean assets and passing them cleanly into post and social

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

You have:

  • 3-5 years running live production on modern streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, live shopping, or broadcast)

  • Deep hands-on OBS command: scenes, sources, audio routing, encoding settings, multi-cam switching

  • Proven live troubleshooting instincts, staying decisive when a stream is down and stakes are high

  • A builder's track record taking setups from scrappy to scalable

  • Fast-learner energy and clear communication with non-technical talent

BONUS POINTS
  • Experience in live shopping, creator marketplaces, ecommerce, sports, and/or TCG

  • You are a culture warrior and thrive in expressive environments (streetwear, sports, gaming, media)

  • You love creators, fans, collectors, and the culture that surrounds them โ€” this isnโ€™t just a job to you

HOW WE WORK
  • Model championship culture: speed, precision, no ego, no drama, high accountability

  • High ownership: Leaders here solve, not wait

  • No ego: We review, take feedback, fix mistakes fast

  • Speed + judgment: You ship constantly

  • AI-first: If it can be automated, you automate it

  • In-office energy: Culture doesnโ€™t build itself on Zoom

Compensation Range: $65K - $80K
