We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time entry level Apartment Maintenance Rover in Toledo, Ohio. If you're interested in trades, consider this your personal invitation to apply!

 
Your day-to-day:
  • Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
  • Ability to drive to multiple sites 
  • Respond to work orders and resident service requests
  • Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
  • Snow removal when needed

  • Entry level hands-on maintenance experience
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
  • Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe
  • Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time
Compensation & Benefits:

- $18.00 - $20.00/hr. 
- Annual salary increases up to 5%
