Your day-to-day: 
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
  • Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
  • Respond to work orders and resident service requests
  • Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
  • Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 7 weeks
  • Snow removal when needed
What We’re Looking For: 
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
 Compensation & Benefits:
  • $20.00 - $21.00/Hour
  • Annual salary increases up to 5%
  • Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
  • On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs
