Slocumb Law Firm is expanding and seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team in Washington, DC.

This is a unique opportunity to expand our established priority to help our clients obtain the justice and compensation they deserve while growing our firm in this market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in the litigation of Personal Injury Law.

What Youโ€™ll Do

Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, up to and including trial.

Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients.

Work within established national litigation systems and case standards.

Exercise sound judgment, preparation, and ownership over assigned matters.

Collaborate with internal teams, case managers, and firm leadership.

Build and maintain professional relationships with opposing counsel and other stakeholders.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

Juris Doctor (JD)

Active Washington, DC Bar license and in good standing

At least two years of Personal Injury litigation experience preferred

Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills

Ability to independently manage a full inventory of both pre-lit and litigation cases
