Goldberg Segalla is a national civil litigation law firm that represents major national and regional companies and insurance carriers in all aspects of business counseling, risk assessment and dispute resolution including representation in various types of claims, controversies and litigation involving personal and other injuries, property damage, contract disputes and business torts. THE POSITION 
 
Goldberg Segalla has an immediate opportunity for a Employment and Labor partner to join us in our Rochester, New York office.
THE QUALIFICATIONS 
 
Qualified candidates will have 7+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for mediations and trial. The ideal candidate should possess strong writing skills, strategic thinking abilities, prior experience in Employment and Labor law, and be admitted to practice in New York.
 
THE BENEFITS 

The annualized salary range for this position is $110,000 to $250,000.โ€ฏ Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses and a full benefits package.
