Job description

Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search, a Hispanic Women Owned & Operated National Recruiting Firm stands at the forefront of innovation and excellence. Led by a visionary team with a deep commitment to diversity and inclusion, our firm is dedicated to identifying and attracting top talent across the nation. With a unique blend of cultural insight and professional expertise, we pride ourselves on creating an environment that fosters success for both employers and candidates.

A boutique law firm with an excellent reputation in Downtown Miami is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Litigation Support team. This is a high-impact role for a tech-savvy paralegal who lives and breathes eDiscovery, thrives in complex litigation, and wants to be part of a firm where your work is seen, valued, and rewarded.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a key member of the litigation support team across all phases of complex litigation
  • Manage the full eDiscovery lifecycle in alignment with the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model) — identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, and production
  • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and outside vendors on data collections and productions
  • Run searches, build review workflows, and assist with document review and quality control
  • Prepare and produce documents in accordance with court orders and ESI protocols
  • Draft and respond to discovery requests, subpoenas, and litigation hold notices
  • Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and chronologies
  • Support attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial
  • Build trial binders, exhibits, and witness materials

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, with hands-on eDiscovery responsibility
  • Strong working knowledge of the EDRM framework and modern eDiscovery best practices
  • Proficiency with eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, Logikcull, DISCO, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of Federal and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, especially as they relate to ESI
  • Experience managing large document productions and complex review projects
  • Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred

Why This Opportunity

  • Boutique firm, excellent reputation — sophisticated work, direct partner access, no big-firm bureaucracy
  • Hybrid schedule — a truly flexible setup that respects your time and how you do your best work
  • Downtown Miami location — easy commute, walkable lunches, Metromover access
  • Great culture — collaborative, supportive, and built on mutual respect
  • Top-of-market compensation and full benefits package
  • 401(k), generous PTO, and continuing education support
  • A team that invests in tech, training, and the people who make it run
