The successful candidate will be able to handle a file and have a strong background in managing all phases of litigation from inception to resolution, including complex contract disputes, business dissolutions, and business litigation.

Responsibilities:
1. Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including court hearings, depositions, and trials.
2. Handle a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, business dissolutions, and various other business litigation matters.
3. Conduct thorough and detailed discovery processes to gather necessary information and evidence for each case.
4. Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and persuasive arguments and presentations for depositions, court hearings, and trials.
5. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents in a clear and effective manner.
6. Provide sound legal advice to clients, explaining complex legal concepts and strategies in an understandable way.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
8. Collaborate effectively with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney, with a focus on contract disputes, business dissolutions, and business litigation.
3. Admission to the Alabama (AL) state bar.
4. Proven experience in trial practice, courts, depositions, and discovery.
5. Exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
7. Ability to handle a high volume of cases and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
9. Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
10. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
