O'Hagan Meyer is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least two years of civil litigation experience to join our Portland, OR office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse variety of commercial litigation matters including professional liability, premises liability, products liability, real estate disputes, business litigation, construction litigation and IP. You will tackle cutting-edge legal issues, collaborate with clients in a broad array of industries, and gain meaningful courtroom and case handling experience, all in a culture that values mentorship, flexibility, and long-term growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ year of civil litigation experience with exposure to professional liability, premises liability, products liability, real estate, construction, business, contract disputes and/or IP.
  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills, complemented by excellent academic credentials.
  • Highly motivated individuals who demonstrate initiative and can assume responsibility for handling matters within a busy national practice.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with a team-oriented legal environment.
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Oregon.
