Business Litigation Associate

Orlando office is seeking an associate with 3 to 7 years of experience to join its business litigation practice group. The associate will work closely with partners who represent a wide variety of clients, including hospitality companies, real estate developers, property owners, general contractors, and other fortune 500 companies in diverse and complex business disputes. Specifically, the associate will draft pleadings and motions and conduct legal research.

The ideal candidate will have top academic credentials, be an excellent researcher and a persuasive writer. The candidate will work in a collaborative environment with several partners and must be organized and diligent. This is a great opportunity to become an integral member of a dynamic business litigation practice where one can gain exposure to complex cases. Candidate must be a member of the florida bar. This is an in-office position (possible hybrid).
